Any email of this nature DID NOT come from Cablelynx; it is SPAM and should be deleted immediately. Official notifications from Cablelynx will always include our technical support contact information and we would never ask for confidential information such as your password. As a general rule, you should treat any emails you receive where personal information is being asked of you as suspicious. You should never respond to emails that solicit personal information as email is generally an unsecure method of communication. If you ever have any doubt, you should contact our technical support department immediately.
